Customer support (I went directly through the seller, not Amazon) responded immediately and sent replacement parts at lightning speed.

2) The app function advertised in the product description did not work properly.

I have provided proof of this by means of a video in which I demonstrate how a commercial app "Desk Remote", which is subject to a charge, operates the desk without any problems. Unfortunately, purchasing an additional app at a price of EUR 30 per device (i.e. a total of EUR 90 on top!) is not an alternative. Either the product works as advertised or the price is not justified. I hope that the manufacturer will respond as quickly as usual to solve the problem.
